• Programmed RESTful API web apps via Flask/PostgreSQL/AngularJs to analyze/compare trained CV/ML models with GCP/Azure models
• Refactored internal NLP codebase to modularize document ingestion via OCR/Spacy and extract relevant JSON metadata for ML analytics
• Developed internal RL codebase to train and compare various policy gradient algorithms (REINFORCE, DDPG) for options trading
• Creating enterprise-wide profit prediction models through analysis of 2+ TB data via Python/R scripts and SQL queries


NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory

Planetary Sample Acquisition and Handling Co-op                         
August 2017 – December 2017

• Primary operator for two testbeds: abrading drill + gas dust removal testbed (under vacuum), 3 DOF robotic arm sample handling testbed
• Designed (via NX) assembly integration flows with mechanical ground support equipment for Mars 2020 rover assembly
• Created testing procedure, theoretical heat transfer model, and test setup (via LabVIEW, thermocouples, vacuum chamber feedthroughs) for GN2 controlled heat exchangers to ensure camera functionality in thermal vacuum chambers at -170 – 90 C.

Additive Manufacture Design & Testing Intern               
June 2017 – August 2017

• Redesigned Mars drone helicopter parts using topology optimization software and logic to maximize load efficiency and minimize mass
• Utilized .stl editing software in orderto manipulate CAD parts and develop lattice based support structures for 3D printing
• Developed test artifact support structure studies for Eos M290 metal 3D printer for thermal + structural FEA and material characterization
